Directions: The best viewing spot from shore is from Cabrillo Beach Park. From there, you can walk the pier out to the lighthouse. Exit Gaffey Street from the I-110. From here, follow Gaffey Street south to West 22nd Street. Turn left onto West 22nd Street. and then turn right onto South Pacific Street and follow that to Stephen M. White Drive, which will lead you into Cabrillo Beach Park.
